Our method

Safety, then awareness, then change

You can't heal in the same state the wound was made. So we sequence the work - five gentle stages that move from the body outward, never the other way around.

  • Safety - grounding, breath, sleep, and vagal-tone practices.
  • Awareness - naming the patterns, triggers, and unmet needs.
  • Protection - boundaries that keep your energy intact.
  • Expression - journaling, creative play, and movement.
