“Everything’s shifting continuously,” McCulloch, 30, adds. “I get that a large amount of it is out of the Government’s palms, but it’s just the uncertainty. Every time we’re closing in on the deadline, the goalposts get moved – that’s the killer genuinely, the uncertainty.”
